Prosciutto Sandwich

In this solo cooking adventure, Gary goes the lazy route and makes a sandwich instead of pasta.

In what may be the single laziest post I’ll ever write on this site, I present to you words and photos of a sandwich-making experience.

I actually didn’t set out to make a sandwich but it was a hot, summer night and I just didn’t feel like standing over a hot stove for an extended amount of time. Farfalle with Summer Squash

In this solo cooking adventure, Gary makes a seasonal pasta dish that’s enhanced by the addition of prosciutto.

When I first moved back home after college, there was a period of adjustment – I had been used to living with friends and now I was living where I grew up with my family. Readjusting to the family dynamic was difficult enough but having to eat the same Chinese food over and over again was torture.
